What kinds of electrical processing equipment are used in mold parts manufacturing?
Mold parts (such as punch, die, punch and die) and all kinds of inner and outer forming parts can be machined by edm and edm.The commonly used electrical processing equipment is:
(1) edm machine tools are mainly composed of pulse power supply, machine tool body and working fluid circulation system.The main precision index of the edm machine tool is the straightness tolerance of the spindle feed and the vertical tolerance of the main shaft and the table surface.In order to ensure the machining accuracy and the stability of the process, the machine tool spindle, column, table and so on must have enough rigidity.
(2) wedm machining, electric spark linear cutting machine tools is a kind of novel electro discharge machining method, its basic principle and electric spark forming processing, and artifacts to make use of working electrode pulse discharge and the process of implementation.But it need not forming electrode, but through continuously along its own axis of wire electrode and workpiece the spark discharge between the cutting the workpiece, the shape of the workpiece through the wire electrode and workpiece in cutting process, formed by the relative motion in a row.Wire-cut edm machine appearance is shown in the figure below, basic components can be roughly divided into the control system, machine tools (cutting machine), high frequency pulse power supply, variable frequency feed system, transport system and the working liquid circulation filter system, etc.
