What is the relationship between fixed formwork orifice and injection mold orifice?
In order to ensure the mould mainstream road centerline axis coincidence with injection molding machine nozzle, injection molding machine has location hole on fixed template, as shown in figure 1 a, die set mold base plate (or gate) designed with protruding from the mainstream way of concentric circle of positioning, as shown in figure 1 b.According to H9/f9, the positioning hole and positioning pen cooperate. The height of the positioning ring is h, the small mould is 8-10mm, and the large mould is 10-15mm.Small and medium-sized molds usually only set the positioning ring on the fixed mold base plate, while large molds set the positioning ring on the moving and fixed mold base plate.
