What is the function of the blank mandrel?
The core bar is both the main component of the injection mold and the blow-molding mold of the mold, and the inner neck of the part that forms the inner surface of the mold and the product neck. It is one of the key parts of the blow molding mold. It has the following functions.
(1) the inlet and outlet of compressed air is equivalent to the extrusion blow molding type blank blow rod.The billet can be inflated with compressed air in the blow mold.
(2) the inlet and outlet of heat exchange medium (oil or air) can adjust the billet temperature in the core bar.
(3) take away the billet or product in the transfer process from billet making to blow molding.
