What are the structure forms of injection mold?
The mechanism that brings out the reset mechanism of the ejection mechanism is called the reset mechanism.The reset lever can be easily used with the push rod and push pipe, and the reset lever is set on the push rod fixing plate, and the end and parting face are equal.When the die is opened, the reposition rod will be pushed out with the push rod or push tube, and the mold parting surface will push the reset lever to reset the mechanism.When the push plate is pushed out, there is no need to set up the reset mechanism, and the mold parting surface of the mould can be reset after pushing the push plate.
When the mold has a side moving core and no putter, sometimes it will interfere with the mould core and push rod, so the push rod must be reset first and then the core action.The agency that presets the ejection mechanism is called the first reset mechanism.There are many forms of reset mechanism, as shown in the figure below.
