The pouring system is shown in the figure below, which is composed of main channel 1, diverging track 2 and gate 3.The cold material hole 5 is for the cold material to be first discharged by the nozzle.
The considerations for determining the pouring system are as follows:
1) the gate position has residual cutting marks, so the gate should be set in a place that does not affect the appearance quality of the plastic parts.
2) the casting system shall adapt to the molding characteristics of plastics to ensure the molding cycle and the quality of the plastic parts.
3) it should be determined according to the number and layout of the cavity.
4) it shall be determined according to the shape and size of molded plastic parts.
5) consider the mounting dimensions of the injection machine to prevent unilateral installation.
6) consider saving materials and shorten the process as much as possible.
