There are two kinds of common equipment for mould machine assembly.Large stationary mold assembly machine (mould turnover) for large die, progressive die and the die assembly can show the advantages of larger, it not only improve the quality of the assembly precision of the mould, assembly, and can shorten the mould manufacturing cycle, reduce labor intensity.The mobile mould assembly machine is designed and manufactured to solve the assembly mechanization of small precision die and to improve assembly quality.Movable mould assembly machine structure as shown in the figure below, it can finish the mold assembly process in the alignment, orientation, adjustment, test, debug to assembly and can be directly on the phone to try (try the momentum is 100 kn) and found that the problem can be adjust again, until meet the requirements.The assembly machine is not equipped with drilling equipment, its structure is open, and the mold locksmith can work on any side of it, so that it can be installed and repaired.
