Mold final assembly drawing shall include the following contents:
(1) part structure of mold forming
(2) structure of pouring system and exhaust system.
(3) parting surface and parting mode.
(4) external structure and position of all connecting parts, positioning and guiding parts.
(5) mark the height dimensions of the cavity (not required, as required) and the overall dimensions of the mold.
(6) auxiliary tools (mold removal tools, calibration tools, etc.)
(7) the serial number of all parts is listed in order, and the detail list is filled in.
(8) label technical requirements and operating instructions.
Technical requirements of mold final assembly drawing:
(1) performance requirements for some die systems.For example, assembly requirements of ejection system and sliding block core-pulling structure.
(2) requirements on mold assembly process.For example, after mold assembly, the fit gap of parting surface should not be greater than the parallelism requirements on and below the mold at 0.05mm, and the size determined by assembly and the requirements for that size should be indicated.
(3) mold use and assembly and disassembly method.
(4) requirements on anti-oxidation treatment, mold number, lettering, marking, oil seal and storage, etc.
(5) requirements on mold testing and inspection.
