                                   Analysis of injection mold components

Injection molding of injection mold is a kind of processing method used in mass production of some complex shaped parts, of course, the role played by each part of the mold is different

I. moulded parts.

It is usually made up of punch or core (the inner form of the plastic part), concave or cavity (the shape of the component), spider pattern core or ring, insert, etc.

2. Pouring system.

It is a channel through which molten contact plastic is directed by the injector nozzle to a closed mold cavity.Generally, the pouring system is composed of main sprue, runner, sprue and cold sluice.

3. Guidance part.

The guide must be designed to ensure that the closing time of the moving and fixed modes is accurate. The guide part generally consists of the guide pillar and guide sleeve (guide sleeve). In addition, multi-i cavity injection molds should be designed with guided POTS in the jacking mechanism to offset the movement of the jacking plate, resulting in bending and breaking of the jacking bar or failure of plastic parts.

4. Ejection mechanism.

It is to achieve the mold part of the installation. Its structure form is very many. The most common is the type that push rod type, top tube type and strip form.

5. Core pulling mechanism.

When there is a side hole or a side concave on the plastic part, the core that can do lateral movement should be pulled out of the plastic part before the ejection period part, which is realized by the core-pulling mechanism.

6. Cooling and heating parts.

In order to meet the requirements of injection molding process for the degree of module formation, to ensure the cooling of various plastic parts, a cooling or heating system shall be provided on the mold. When cooling, cooling water channels are usually provided around the mold cavity and core. When heating, heating elements are installed inside or around the mold.

7. Exhaust system.

In order to discharge the original air in the mold cavity and the air produced by the plastic in the process of heating and cooling, an exhaust is usually provided at the parting surface of the chess set.Because these gases, if they can not be fully discharged, will form defects on the plastic parts.
