PTFE has the following properties:
(1) High chemical stability: It has good chemical inertness, and strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants and
organic solvents do not work on it.
(2) Good thermal stability: the cracking temperature is above 400°C, so it can work normally in the temperature
range of -200°C to 300°C.
(3) Good friction reduction: the friction coefficient between PTFE materials is 0.1-0.2, the dry friction coefficient
with metal is 0.2-0.3, and it is 0.02-0.04 in the case of liquid lubrication. The dynamic and static friction coefficients
are both Relatively small, and its initial kinetic friction coefficient is almost the same as the kinetic friction coefficient.
